BEGAN IN 2006

Bryan Thrane graduated with his masters in Communication from San Diego State University. He worked as a College Communication Professor during the week, and a wedding DJ on the weekends. He had big dreams of making his weekend hobby into his full-time job someday. (after all, who wouldn’t want to play music and make people happy for a living?)

Spoiler alert: He did it.

Over the past 20 years, Pacific Entertainment has grown to become one of the most sought after, premier DJ companies in Southern California, winning The Knot “Best of Weddings” nine times and the Wedding Wire “Couple’s Choice Award” 10 times. Now an industry leader, Bryan and his team of DJs have performed for thousands of satisfied clients for all types of occasions spreading throughout the world.

Bryan has trained a team of DJs by combining his teaching skillset with his passion for music. He has built his company around the highest standard of quality, experience, and professionalism.

Bryan was hands down the best DJ I’ve ever had the pleasure of bustin’ a move to! My husband and I as well as our guests are STILL talking about how much fun my wedding was! From the first phone call to the farewell at the wedding, he is the nicest, most down to earth, passionate for what he does, and a total pro. He is genuinely excited for your wedding. Every time you talk to him. His whole process makes it so easy to put together a playlist, including things NOT to play, and also breaks down everything you need to plan for on his website in a super easy to follow form to make sure you have everything ready to go.
On top of that he is just fun to talk to and fun to be around, knows how to feel a room on what to play when, and every single cue, every special little moment we had planned, he nailed them all. No mistakes, perfectly planned and executed. Thank you Bryan for being part of our special day, we’ll never forget it. Bryan is the best, HIRE THIS MAN.

We hired Bryan as our DJ for our wedding and this was probably the best decision we have ever made. Everyone at our wedding enjoyed the songs played, and the games even more.
